Certified Nutritionist, Stephanie Rolfe, Wellness Warrior, Educator and Writer has over 30 years of experience in the Natural Healing Arts. Stephanie has helped thousands of men, women and children regain their health through her unusual ability to simplify complex health issues. She's a refreshing presence in a field that can be confusing, contradictory and misleading.

Well experienced in the Healing Arts, Stephanie has seen what works and what doesn't. She's seen fads come and go since the beginning of the Natural Foods Industry; starting with “Back to Eden” Jethro Kloss, Pavlo Airola and Dr. Bernard Jensen. Stephanie is well versed in contemporary health trends without forgetting “what has always and will always work”.

Stephanie started out in life in the far Canadian North with many serious health issues, often on the verge of death, due to antibiotic abuse. At the age of 19 she happened upon a classic, “Sugar Blues” by William Dufty, starting her journey back to perfect health and becoming a Certified Nutritionist. She lived in Los Angeles for over 15 years, where she availed herself to some of the greatest health teachers on the planet.

Stephanie now dedicates herself to teaching others how to regain their health without the use of toxic drugs and operations, through writing and website publications. Stephanie is not one of these “self proclaimed health experts” on the Internet, she's truly a well trained, experienced and knowledgeable Certified Nutritionist/Wellness Warrior. She won't mess with the truth as she dispels many medical and health myths.
